That’s where I come in.
I founded Cartwright Coaching to help people communicate with presence, purpose, and impact. My approach draws on professional performance training, psychology-based tools, and years of hands-on experience working with individuals and organisations across a range of industries.
I trained as an actor at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, and since then I’ve presented to thousands of students and delivered workshops for clients including Deloitte, KPMG, and Lloyds Banking Group.
The work is about simple, effective tools that shift how you show up and communicate your message so it lands. I work closely with each person to build on their strengths and leverage their personalities.
